One-click deployment with WinSCP

1. In WinSCP, save your FTP/SFTP site (Session > Save session), including the password if you want
   deploy.cmd to run without asking. Note the site name.
2. Copy deploy.ini.sample to deploy.ini and enter: SESSION (the site name), REMOTE (server folder of the
   shift plan, e.g. /htdocs/shiftplan). Leave UPLOAD_CONFIG=no, except for the very first installation.
3. Put the newest Shiftplan_web.zip next to deploy.cmd and double-click deploy.cmd.

What it does, every time:
  * downloads the server's /data folder (saved versions, released plans, settings) into
    backups\data_<date_time>\ - a full backup before anything is changed;
  * uploads the new version (only changed files), never touching config.php and data/ on the server;
  * writes a log into logs\. Old backups beyond KEEP_BACKUPS are deleted.
